We are proud to present the brand new thintanium collection.
The designers and engineers at LINDBERG have pushed the possibilities of titanium to new heights by creating an ultra-thin titanium eyewear collection, which benefits from the superior strengths of titanium. This is achieved by challenging the latest and most modern manufacturing technologies. The result is the all-new and patent pending thintanium collection – a clear benchmark for the future of titanium eyewear.
Thintanium is the embodiment of clean Danish design with its minimalistic aesthetics. The slim titanium strips give the collection a modern sleek look that stands out in an understated way. The titanium glasses are for both men and women, and the collection features everything from modern round shapes to edged square designs. The future of eyewear is all about clean design and great quality – thintanium gives you both.
Thintanium is named after the revolutionary thin titanium strip developed by LINDBERG. Using titanium in such a minimalistic way makes the designs super-lightweight weighing as little as 3.3 g. The ultra-thin design, along with the new screwless hinge design, gives the collection a light and elegant look.
The LINDBERG thintanium collection looks essentially rimless in appearance, yet it still maintains the stability of a full titanium front. This is achieved by imbedding the ultra-thin front in the groove of the lenses. You need to look closely to truly understand and appreciate the great design.
The LINDBERG thintanium collection has already achieved recognition and so far, gained two of the most sought-after design awards: “The Red Dot: Best of the Best” – the highest award in the competition, reserved for the very best products, and the iF Gold Award – the best award by iF design where LINDBERG was within the 75 of 10,000 applicants who received the honor.
The LINDBERG thintanium collection is the distinguishable benchmark for the future of titanium eyewear.
The new thintanium hinge is a meticulously crafted construction. Like all our hinge designs, the new addition to the LINDBERG family is made without the use of screws. The interlocking parts work by only using friction to create the smooth feel, something only achievable through ultra-precise engineering.
Thintanium carries all the benefits of the LINDBERG building system, which means everything can be customised to your preference and comfort. Have fun exploring the many colours, and create your own one-of-kind thintanium eyewear.
The LINDBERG fit is a perfect fit for any face, as our temples come in different lengths and are adjustable. You also have the option of choosing between different multi-adjustable ergonomic nose pads made from suitable material like medical silicone designed for optimising comfort.
To underline the handcrafted quality of LINDBERG, each piece is bestowed a unique product number. Furthermore, since each pair is made-to-order we engrave your name in your LINDBERG glasses – making them truly one of a kind.
The thintanium designs are well-suited for tinted lenses giving them a fashionable edge. Explore the possibilities at your local LINDBERG dealer.
